Private label rights content provides instant content you can use as your own so you don't have to spend hours writing articles or other content or spend hundreds of dollars outsourcing.

You can use private label content "as is" or customize or re-purpose it to fit your purpose.

You can sell it, give it away to get leads, put the content on your blog, use the content to create your own products and more.

PLR is content you get from the original author with permission to use it as your own.

You get the source files for articles, ebooks, special reports, mini-courses, site graphics and more from the original  author and you can use the content "as is," or change it, or add information.

You usually receive a Word file so you can edit the content any way you like.

You can put your name on PLR content and sell it as your own or give it away to build your list.

Check the rights

Rights vary so always read the rights for each PLR package you purchase. Most of the time, you can do whatever you like with the content. The restrictions of most PLR products are that you can NOT give away or sell the private label rights. In other words, you can give away the product (e.g. ebook, report, etc.) but you can not sell the rights.

Make PLR content unique

Although you can use PLR "as is," the best way to use PRL is to use it as a draft, an outline and shortcut for creating blog posts, newsletter ideas, reports, ebooks and courses.

You can use just the parts you need and you can combine different PLR products.

To make it unique, rewrite it, change it to suit your needs, personality and writing style, add information, add your own personalized introduction and research. Add your own viewpoint and use your own voice to make it your own. Also, give it a new name, create new graphics, and literally make it your OWN.

How to make money with PLR content:

Here are just some ideas of how you can use PLR ebooks, reports and articles:

	1. Use PLR to build your list and get subscribers. Use Private Label Right or Resale Right ebooks, reports or articles as a free bonus giveaway to entice your visitors to sign up to your list or newsletter. Use additional PLR articles to provide follow-up messages to your subscribers. Additional reading: How to Build a List on Autopilot.
	2. Provide mini email courses. Use an autoresponder to set up automated email courses and deliver them to your subscribers over several days or weeks. Add your affiliate links or sell a related product to your subscribers!
	3. Use PLR for affiliate marketing. Write blog posts using PLR, insert your affiliate links and earn affiliate commissions.
	4. Add content to your blog or website. Use PLR to provide content on your site or blog regularly and build up loyal followers.
	5. Use PLR in your newsletter. Use the PLR content as is, change it, break it up, or do whatever you want with it.
	6. Create home-study courses. Online courses are popular! And PLR content can make it easier to create them.
	7. Create reports. A report is normally a short PDF that provides information on a particular topic or subject matter.  Put your name on a private label report. Sell the report. Or give it away to subscribers. Or use it as a bonus to a paid product. Or take a single chapter from your book and use it as an incentive to collect more downloads.
	8. Sell ebooks. You have all rights to the product and can market it like you want. Many PLR products come with sales letters and even graphics. Sell PLR ebooks as is, change them, or add additional content. Sell them directly from your site, to your list and on social media.
	9. Make multiple shorter ebooks. A clever way to charge more for your ebooks is potentially to separate them into multiple shorter books. This way you can create a series, with each one encouraging your visitors to read the rest.
	10. Make a larger book/package. Want to offer even more value than you already are? Then how about combining content from multiple eBooks into an ultimate package. This way, you can give someone a truly comprehensive experience that will be worth more than the asking price of each book individually.
	11. Create your own info products. Use one or more PLR products to create a unique new product. Combine multiple articles to easily create an ebook. In just a few hours you can put together your own info product and have it ready for sale. There is no easier way to create products. When you have your own products, you can have affiliates and joint venture partners promote them.
	12. Use content to create PDF files and submit to document sharing sites.
	13. Use content to create videos to post on your blog and submit to video sharing sites. You can create a slideshow using the content from an ebook, or you can read it out and 'perform' the content.
	14. Use content to create audio. Use Audacity to record PLR content – sell the MP3, or package with an ebook! you can read the content and make an audio book or a series of podcasts.
	15. Create physical products. Compile PLR content into a physical book to sell. Use the PLR info to create physical CDs and DVDs. Combine audio, video, and text documents to create physical products.
	16. Create Amazon Kindle books. Use the PLR content to create Amazon Kindle books and publish it on Amazon.
	17. Develop a membership site and make residual income by using quality PLR in your niche.
	18. Increase your credibility.By providing good content, you'll become an authority in your field of expertise.
	19. Build and flip websites. Flipping website is building content sites and selling them. Website flipping can be very profitable – especially if you choose popular niches. Use PLR articles to create content sites. Monetize the site with Adsense and then sell the site. You can sell the site immediately but you'll get a higher price when you wait till the site is making money. Sell the sites on Flippa or eBay.

Choose quality Private Label Rights content.

Finding PLR articles, books and videos is easy but finding great PLR articles is more difficult. Some private label rights are complete junk while others are great quality.

There are many different types of PLR content sites available. Some offer one time purchases while others offer monthly memberships.

The potential of PLR is limitless. As you'll become more familiar with Private Label Rights (PLR) content, you'll come up with lots of great ways you can use PLR in your marketing.

You'll want to look for PRL sites that have topics you need for your niche site(s).
