The entire staff and Dr. Banks were wonderful. Kudos to them all!Sal, the attending medical assistant immediately noticed my discomfort with heights and found a room without windows where I would be much more comfortable. He was very gracious and assured me there was no need to be embarrassed. He was very professional taking notes, x-raying my feet and asking leading questions so they had a more thorough understanding of my foot problem.Amanda, the receptionist, explained the charge and my deductible making me much more knowledgeable of my future medical expenses. I felt empowered moving forward and was grateful for her knowledge and experience. She is a gem!Dr. Banks put me at ease, discussed his findings and gave me several options for treatment. I was completely relieved and felt hopeful that the least invasive treatment was an option.I know I can count on Dr. Banks and his staff for any future foot needs and am grateful for their friendliness, knowledge, experience and professionalism. Fort Worth is blessed to have such a wonderful practice.

I took my son in because he had injured his foot. He was wearing a leg cast put on in the emergency room two weeks before. I got a referral to this doctor I'm glad I did. WOW!!' Just WOW!!! Dr. Banks is very professional precise And wants your feet to look as Beautiful as you desire them to. I just had my surgery a day ago on both feet and the pain is very minimal and I'm so excited to see my feet in 5 days for my post op. what a great doctor! we tried to fix my issue with stretching exercises with no luck. on my follow off visit we decided on a steroid injection. he told me it would hurt like hell, and it did. however, my foot has felt great ever since. $70 cash out the door. hard to beat.

I have been looking for a foot doctor since I left Georgia about 17 months ago. One doctor office I contacted told me they do not clip toenails. So when I contacted Dr. Banks office I was expecting the same response. It was very easy getting an appointment. Dr. Banks was a great doctor and had great a beside manner. He didn't try to overdo anything and gave me beat diagnoses without pushing any unnecessary surgeries. He also said if I need any foot related care do come back. I really don't have a foot and ankle doctor but now I'm glad I do.

Do you want an excellent doctor? Well this is the one! He takes the time to talk to you and listen to you and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. He is very patient, very kind, nice looking doctor. I would highly recommend him for anyone that is having any kind of feet problems. He appears to have state of the art equipment also. I was able to stand on a platform that looked like a large scale and get an x-ray of my feet. He showed these xrays and thoroughly explained it to me.

Dr. Banks has shown his expansive knowledge, technique, and expertise in my most recent surgery. Even more impressive was his rapid detection of a very rare complication that occurs with surgeries to feet or hands (at no fault of his own, just bad luck on my part to be the 0.5%). His attention to detail and quick plan for action has saved me from what could have been a long term disabling diagnosis. By far the best around! Dr. Banks makes sure to take the time and answer any questions you may have and lets you know your options to consider. Dr. Banks is a doctor that you can see he is working where he is passionate about he is one that truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond the cal of duty. I was very scared going to another doctor and doing surgery after finding out my original surgery with a different doctor failed. However dr. Banks took extra the time to explain everything then re-explain again to my mom who was also concerned before even scheduling anything. My feet look so much better and feel a million times better already. I cannot recommend Dr. banks enough to everyone!

Dr. Banks is by far, the BEST podiatrist you will find!After seeing 5 other doctors before him, he was the one who had the best bedside manner and he was determined to find out what was causing my foot pain. He personally called me back with all of my test results. Once he diagnosed the problem he was very informative on what it was and how the surgery would go. So the night before my appointment I was a nervous wreck thinking I was going to get a big shot in my toe! And have a huge bandages wrapped around my toe and in pain for weeks! Very personable, speaks in laymen's terms so you understand what he's trying to say to you. Sat down and spent as much time as he/I needed. As such his office schedules his appointments accordingly so your not waiting 1-2 hours to see him and the waiting area wasn't wall to wall people. This is unheard of these days especially with Drs always rushing around trying to fit More and more people in and trying to meet a quota.I find his scheduling style very refreshing and very much appreciated. Dr. Banks is one of the most sincere and genuine doctors I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. My foot was in seriously bad shape due to a previous doctor's incompetence. I first broke my ankle in 2014. I started going to Dr. Banks in 2016, and although it took more than one surgery to correct all the previous damage, my foot is now back to normal. I can not say enough good things about him, and his wife, Amanda (she is his receptionist). I would never let anyone else operate on my foot, although I hope to never need another foot surgery.

We chatted for a few minutes, then he examined my toe. I was stunned over such a kind & caring exam. I was treated like a real person, not just a patient on a waiting list. He explained options but never pushed for surgery; however, I later chose to have him surgically repair my toe & it went very well. About a week after the procedure I had a small infection, at the incision sight, but it was immediately medicated & cleared up quickly. Dr Banks seems to truly care about his patients.
I was recommended to Dr. Banks by my GP due to some rather ugly heal spurs. Dr. Banks was quick and thorough in his diagnosis. Best part is, all I really need is to do some daily exercises to fix my foot pain.It has only been a week, but I can tell the foot is improved and will continue to do the stretching exercise for continued improvement and eventual remediation.

I was seen on time. Dr. Banks took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my feet and how the bunions needed to be dealt with. I felt very comfortable talking to him about the pros and cons of surgery. He is very knowledgeable about it all.

Great Doctor and staff. Took the time to answer all my questions no matter how much depth I ask for. Even worked appointments around some problems I had at the last minuet. Will use them again!

Dr. Banks is very nice. He came in to the exam room explained what he would do to my daughter's toes (ingrown) everything to us what he would do. Then he found out how much the procedure would cost us. He was very professional and we were in the office a total of 20 minutes. I would highly recommend going to him again.

Great experience. Dr. Banks is very personable. Takes time to discuss all your questions and gives clear complete answers. Approach is very practical and he does not push unnecessary procedures. Inspires trust and confidence. A breath of fresh air!
